 There is a group of 7 consisting of girls and boys. they seem to be all teenagers wearing casual clothes such as tracksuits and jackets. 

 2) Are there any stereotypes you can identify?

 They seem like they are very aggressive just be the way they are sitting. one of the guys is holding a baseball bat which indicates they are up to cause damage. 
3) What is the preferred reading of this poster?
They look like they are good friends who have grown up together and known each other for a very long time. One of the boys is holding a baseball bat and that could indicate that he is in danger and has it for self-defence.  
4) What is the oppositional reading of this poster?
They are very bad people because they are teenagers and teenagers are very bad. The baseball bat indicates that they are going to cause damage.

Extension: What does this poster suggest about British society?
The society does not care about what is happening in London because of these kids who are committing damage to the city.
